Sara Kiener was recently the Manager of Exhibitor Relations at Magnolia Pictures where she worked on the theatrical marketing campaigns for more than 20 films, including the internationally acclaimed LET THE RIGHT ONE IN and Oscar Award Winning Documentary MAN ON WIRE. Prior to co-founding Film Presence, Merrill Sterritt spent three years with Women Make Movies, the world’s leading distributor of films by and about women. Merrill managed the Production Assistance Program, working with emerging and established independent filmmakers to produce and complete their films through its workshop series, resources and newsletters, and fiscal sponsorship of projects directed by women. Films completed in the Program have received Academy Award nominations, Sundance Film Festival awards, and numerous television broadcasts.
